Tomorrow is HALLOWEEN!!

What will you dress up as this Halloween?

Will you be going out for Halloween?
Do you like to stay home and give out candy?

At what age do you think kids should STOP going out for Halloween?

If you are NOT going out for Halloween, what will you be doing instead?

Explain.

  1. For Halloween this year I am dressing up as the Purge with 4 of my friends. We are going out trick or treating because yes we want candy and who doesn't like getting fat with their friends. I personally like going out on Halloween because I always have fun with my friends so I rather go out than stay home. I think kids could go trick or treating until any age as long as you are not causing any trouble and just going to get candy and have fun with your friends. Happy Halloween!

  2. This Halloween, im dressing up at a character from the purge with 5 of my friends. We are going to wear long bloody shirts and white masks that we are going to paint. We are gonna go out for Halloween, although we may be older now we still love getting candy and the concept of Halloween itself. No, I dont enjoy staying home and giving out candy cause it is boring. Personally, I think you can go out till any age they want cause if they enjoy it than go, unless you are gonna cause trouble then dont, but at a certain age for example in your 20s, I think you shouldn't be anymore.

  3. For Halloween, I was originally not going to do anything because I don't understand the point of celebrating it but my friends begged me so I am going to dress up as an angel/devil with my friend, Ella. Basically, we're just going to wear a red and white hoodie, do our makeup and wear black leggings. My friends and I are going out on Halloween and in my opinion, I'd much rather stay home and watch horror movies with my friends. And finally, I personally think that a good age to stop is when you finally become an adult. In my opinion, I think that if an adult goes out to get candy makes it a little weird and a little creepy.

  4. For Halloween, I'm not wearing anything for school because your not aloud to wear a mask so for after school I will wear a mask and cover myself with fake blood and me Justin, Luke,Liam and 2 other friends will do things that will scare people and were planning on just filling eachother up with fake blood and wear a mask. No, i'm not that type of person that likes staying home and giving candy I like going out ad scare little kids. I think that kids should go for trick or treating until there like 16 because I'm pretty sure that the people that are giving out candy are waiting for little kids to show up and if a 20 year old shows up to the door I would think that that's kinda weird and would probably not give them candy because I would rather give candy to a younger kid than an adult.

  6. This year for Halloween me and 3 of my friends are dressing up as M&Ms. Rosemary's grandmother sowed the white m onto our shirts. I am the green one. We're also going to wear black leggings and Vans. I personally do not like handing out candy at home and I have never done it before. I much rather go out with friends and get candy. My parents usually go out with my sister and her friends so we leave out a bowl of candy for trick or treaters to take. I think that at the age of around 17 you should stop going out for Halloween. In my opinion being older then that could be a little weird.

  7. For Halloween, I'm going to be dressed up as Tigger from Winnie the Pooh and my friend’s Alyssa, Kylie and Sawyer are going to be Piglet, Eeyore, and Winnie. After we're going to watch a movie and trade candies. I don't want to stay home and give her candy because it will get boring because my street is not busy so not many people come. I think the age you should stop trick or treating at is around your 20s because people stop giving you candy. But you should go as long as you want because you're allowed to have fun with your friends. Who doesn't love stuffing your faces with junk food!?

  8. For Halloween, I'm going to be dressed up as a pirate. It's not the greatest costume, but it is a lot easier to walk around as. I usually go to a friends house for Halloween and we get a walk around for a couple of hours and collect a lot of candy. After we collect all the candy, we will go back to his house and hang out and eat our candy. I think that you should stop going out for Halloween when you are an adult because Halloween is more a kid thing and you never see adults trick or treating.

  9. For Halloween, I'm doing a group costume. My friends (Alissia, Val, Raine and Vera) and I will be dressed up as Skittles. I'm the pink one. I usually go trick or treating but I might just go to my friends house this time because it's supposed to rain. I think that you should stop trick or treating when you're an adult because Halloween is more for kids than adults.

  10. This halloween I won’t exactly be dressing up, I’ve decided that I wanted to have a gunshot wound in the middle of my forehead (of course this will be made out of makeup), I chose this because I thought it would be a really cool idea and I could learn something new in the process of it all. This year will be the first year of me actually staying home, the reason for this is that people seem to think I’m older than I actually am and think I’m either 14 of I’m 16, which isn’t great because they wont give me as much candy. I also was getting kind of sick of doing the same thing year after year. I think people over the age of 17 should stop trick or treating because it would be kind of weird for almost adults to be doing it. I think I will just relax and catch up on some homework or study for upcoming tests.

  11. This Halloween I am dressing up as Alvin and the Chipmunks with my two friends (Alisa and Julia). I'm Theodore (the green one). I am going trick or treating this year. I love trick or treating and I think its so much fun, especially when you're with a big group of people and trade candies later. I think you're too old for trick or treating when you're eighteen or older, just because it's more of a kids thing, and when you're an adult it's just a little awkward. I've never been home to give kids candy, our street is not a popular street to trick or treat on anyway, but it's because we trick or treat in another neighbourhood. I do get to give out a couple candies later that night, but not for the whole night.

  12. This Halloween I will be dressing up as Totoro from Studio Ghibli’s movie “My Neighbor Totoro”. I will be going out this year with my neighbours and one frindas from school. I personally don't like giving out candy during Halloween because I'm never sure how much I should give each person that comes to my door, I much rather receive the candy then give it out. I think people should stop going out for Halloween at the ages of 14 of 15, or at least that's when people around my neighborhood stop.

  13. this halloween, i am going to dress up as a duck. My costume is just a duck mask but it's amazing. this year, i will be going trick or treating with a bunch of my friends from school. i prefer to go get candy than handing out candy, because if you stay home you dont get any and thats not good. I think the age you should stop trick or treating is when it will be when your friends stop going because it will be wierd by yourself and people will giv eyou less candy.

Evan (it didnt let me sign into my account).

  14. This Halloween I'm planning to go to a few haunted houses with some of my friends from elementary. I'm also hoping to get some candy on the way but I'm not so sure about that cause it supposed to rain tomorrow.

  16. Usually every year during special events like halloween my aunt has a small party for our family, the adults stay and talk at the house while the kids go out and trick or treat. This is why I’m only going to put mouse ears on as a costume but whenever someone asks what I’m dressed as Im going to answer “I’m a mouse, duh” which is what Karen Smith from mean girls said. I think there isn't really a specific age to stop trick or treating but it is definitely weird to be walking around in a costume at 21 years and asking for candy old unless you’re taking younger children trick or treating as their babysitter. I’d say around the age of 16 and 17 is normal to stop but if you really enjoy it and you want to go with your friends even at that age you should do it because you’re not a kid forever and you should do what makes you happy while you still can. I also think it's a little boring to just be staying at home giving out candy even if you're doing it while watching a movie with a friend, in that case you would have to get up and pause the movie every time a kid rings the doorbell.

  17. This Halloween, I did not really put in a lot of effort. This year, I am putting a mask on, with a ripped white shirt, with blood on it. I will only like to stay home to give out candy, when I am older and I do not go trick or treating anymore. But for now, I would rather go trick or treating, or have plans with friends. I think that kids should stop going out for Halloween, around at the age of 16, because at 16, that's when you give the little kids the chance to go out and have fun.I am going out this year, but If i didn't, I would either just stay home, maybe go to a haunted house, or just have plans with friends.

  18. This year I am dressing up as Minnie mouse because it's a really costume and it's not hard to guess either because of the bow. For halloween i dont like staying at my house and giving out candy because I think it's really boring and there are not a lot of people that go for trick or treating in my neighborhood. So that's why this Halloween, i'm going trick or treating with my friend. I think there is no specific age to stop trick or treating , but i think that people usually stop at around 16-18 because it's more of a kids thing. Although i think i have an advantage on that because I'm short for my age and people always say that I look like I'm in grade 6.

  19. For halloween i was a vsco girl, and Ièm sure that all of you have seen me in my costume in the hallways, I did go trick or treating, but not for long since I got so drenched with my friends. Personally no matter how old you are, I couldnèt care less if you went trick or treating, but would say a respectable age is probably around 18, since you are an adult now. So theoretically speaking if you do do stupid things with the younger kids then it coud be considered pedophilia, so it would just be better if you stayed home at that age. If I wasn't trick or treating I'd probably just hanging out with my friends and take advantage of the night.

  20. This year, I am dressing up as an M&M. I am going trick or treating, even if it’s raining, because I will do anything for free candy. I imagine there won’t be lots of people because of the weather, so I will get more candy. I really enjoy staying home and giving out candy because all of the little kids are adorable in their costumes. I love it! I believe anyone can go trick or treating if they want to. Don’t get mad at someone for embracing their inner kid on a special night.

  21. I am going out for Halloween. I dressed up as a detective\cop. I like to stay home and give out candy to see all the little kids dressed up because they are so cute. But at the same time I like going door to door with a couple friends and getting some free candy! I think kids should stop trick or treating around 14 or 15 because there are a lot of little kids out and the teens have experienced Halloween and I think that little kids should have a chance to get candy and have fun without teenagers taking all the candy.

  22. Tomorrow is Halloween! For Halloween, I will be dressing up as M&Ms with my 3 friends. I rather receive candy than give them out because I like eating candy. I think kids should stop trick or treating when you have 14 to 15 years old. I like Halloween because its a really fun activity to do with friends.

  23. I will in fact not be going out for Halloween this year, instead I will be giving out the candy rather than receiving it this year. The only reason I won't be trick or treating this time, is because I wasn't able to find a costume. I don't really think there should be an age limit for going out on Halloween. I think you should just stop when you don't enjoy it anymore, because no one should tell you when to stop having fun. This Halloween will still be pretty fun, because I'm going to be watching some horror movies with some of my friends.

  24. This year I went trick or treating with my friends. Giada and I did a costume together and we were zombies and my other friends  dressed as something different. I love going  trick or treating and I find it so much fun. I try my best to go every year but sometimes I'm not able to so I just go over to a friends and watch scary movies and eat snacks and I also really enjoy that. I think that people should be allowed to go trick or treating at any age, but once you get older most people start to lose interest.

  25. I dressed up as a creepy clown for Halloween and went out to my friends house with all my friends. It was really fun and I really enjoyed it but it was raining really hard so after we went trick-or-treating I was soaking wet. I haven't done a Halloween where I stayed home and gave out candy yet but I think I'd like seeing everyone's costumes. I think that you should be able to go trick-or-treating at any age because it's fun to do and you get free candy and I don't see why anyone wouldn't want to do that.

  26. This halloween I dressed up as a devil and my friend dressed up as an angel. Usually, I don't like to go out for halloween since it's cold and there usually isn't good weather. This year, I decided to stay inside for halloween and watch movies. I don't think there's a specific age for kids to stop going trick or treating. Usually, when people get older they start to lose interest in going, but there shouldn't really be a set age you have to stop.
