This event made a big impact on our society because of many reasons. One of the reasons is that many people were killed. This is a terrible thing that will effect their family, friends and others too. Not only did people die but because of this incident many of people will be effected negatively for the rest of their lives. I think that the victims families should be compensated because people they love got killed for no reason. It is completely unfair for them to lose someone special to them.
There is a lot of stuff going on with Iran and the USA. i personally think, that this situation could have been dealt with a lot better. Even if it was a mistake in planes, I don't think it should have ever happened because many people died in that plane. To make even worse a lot of the people were from Canada. If i was a family member of one of those people that died, i would have been very upset because of one mistake a lot of people's lives were the cost of it.

I think that the families who were affected by this event should be compensated because their family member(s) probably didn't do anything and died for no reason at all.
