  1. Thankfully, I have not been in a situation involving a fire. Although one day in grade 4, I was in daycare and my music teacher decided to make toast. He ended up forgetting about it and a very small fire started. Yes the fire was controlled because it was very small and people saw it before it could turn out bad. To be honest, it was really funny and thankfully, nobody got hurt. It is important to know about fire safety because you would need to know what to do if you are stuck in a situation involving a fire, it could save many lives

  2. I have not been in a situation where the fire was so big that it couldn't control. One day in elementary school something did happen. Everyone was eating lunch but then the fire bell rang. No one knew what happened and we all thought in was a drill. In the end the microwave in are daycare room had actually exploded. No one got hurt and the fire was controlled. I am very thankful that i have never been in a fire where it could not be handled.

  3. Thankfully I haven't been in a situation where it involves fire. The only thing was that once my grandmother forgot about how she left the microwave on while me and my cousin were at her house alone so there was a mini fire but we were able to put it out before the whole house got burned down. It is important to know about fire safety because if it does happen one day that you are involved in a big fire you should know hoe to get out of it safely and not be stuck there not knowing what do do.

  4. Thankfully I have never been in a big situation involving fire. One time during the summer when my dad was barbecuing he left it on by accident when he left the house. Me, my mom and my sister were home and we heard something outside and there was a small fire coming out of the barbecue. Thankfully it was a small one and we put it out easily. To this there is a black mark on the wall outside. It is important to know fire safety because if you were in ever in a situation where there is a fire knowing what to do can safe your life and possibly the life of others.

  5. I have never been in a situation with fire thankfully. We have had close call but nothing has ever happened. However, we know of people who have been in fires and from their stories it seems horrifying. I think it is important to know what to do in a fire to ensure that everyone gets our safe and sound. Some of the stories I have heard some of the people didn't end up making it out which is so devastating so it's important to know what to do so that you can get out alive. It's important to know how to handle a situation like that and not just freak out and be scared even though it is extremely terrifying. It's to help prevent you from dying that is why it is important to know what to do.

  6. I was never in a really serious fire that somebody would get hurt but when i was at my aunts house once the stove was off but there was a plastic bag on the stove and I walked in to the kitchen and I smelt fire and I looked at the stove and it was on and it started a mini fire but then I told my mom and everything was fine. It is important to know about fire safety because if it ever happens you would know how to stop the fire or to controle the fire.

  7. Thankfully I have never been in a situation with fire. Although nothing has ever happened, I make sure to know what to do in the case of an event like that happening, which I hope will never. Recently, a house near me was caught in full on flames, and the house is irreparable, it's very sad, but it's important that we use these events to remind us to know the safety rules. It's very important we educate ourselves on these things to make sure we know what to do if it should (hopefully not) ever happen.

  8. Thankfully I have never been in a serious situation that involved fire. A few times at my old school, my music teacher forgot about his toast, and the smoke alarms went off. We had a fire drill and everyone was upset with him for burning it. My front neighbor's house completely burnt down. I wasn't home when it happened but it could have easily spread. The fire was controlled but it tore down their entire house and almost everything they owned. It is important to know about fire safety because they can happen anytime and they are very dangerous.

  9. Personally, I've never been in a situation that involved fire and hopefully i wont be in one anytime soon. The clopsest i've been to starting a dangerous fire was microwaving a potato for too long and it almost catching fire in the microwave. Thankfully there wasnt a big fire and in the end the potato nwas just burnt to the max. It is impiortant to know fire safety because fire is a dangerous thing that spread and could put many people in danger at once. It is something to not play around with because your putting yourself and your surroundings at risk.

  12. I have never been involved or been somewhere where there was a seroius fire, and I hope to neber be involved in one. There is some times in the summer where the charcoal barbecue, has a bit to big flaes, but we just pour water on it to calm it down a bit. I think it is very important to knpow about fire safety because fire is not a joke, its very dangerous, and can start and sperd in a short period of time. Fire does not always go out with little buckets of water, so its always good to know about fire safety, because it can trap you and will sperd very easily.

  13. Thankfully I have never been in a situation that revolves around fire and neither have my parents as well. There was only one time where my grandmother forgot to turn off the stove after leaving her apartment to go shopping. Thank god the place wasn't burnt to a crisp because there was a lot of valuable items that she cared deeply about in there. Plus She was only gone for around thirty minutes, but she still should have been more careful. It is extremely important to know how to take precautions when there is a fire going on around you. For instance, by doing so it can save your life and the people around you as well as assist you with getting rid of the fire.

  14. I have never been in a situation that involves fire and tht is a good thing becuase fie can be extremly dangerous if it is not controlled. An exaple of this is Australia. the fire got so big that it is almost impossible to control and is creating a crisis to all of the people that live there. You should know how to control a small fire because in the case that there is one, you will know how to stop it.

  15. Thankfully, I have never been in a situation that involves fire. It is super important to know about fire safety so that if you do ever get caught in a situation with fire, you know how to escape and save yourself. It is important to know what to do in the case of small, kitchen fires or big, house fires. I think this is a subject that MUST be taught in schools so that everyone can stay as safe as possible. I, personally, was taught about fire safety at a school assembly and at home. Everyone needs to know how to put out a fire in any case.

  16. I have never actually been in a situation so dangerous, but I have burned myself many times as a kid and it is not fun. As a kid I would go into my grandmothers wardrobe to get matches and play with candles, I burned myself a little doing that once but thankfully I wasn't stupid enough to burn her house down.. I was punished for a long time and I was not allowed to have candles in my room and the matches and lighters were always hidden. Being cautious while cooking and lighting candles is important because fires can start very easily putting you and your family in serious danger. Knowing the risks and finding ways to be safe is very important incase one day you do end up in a situation like that. Telling your children the danger is also important because they might not already know and could go playing with candles like I did.

  17. I actually have never been in a situation with a deadly or dangerous fire, such as a house burning down. But I have made fireballs, this is when you spray hairspray onto a lighter so that you get a fireball as an outcome. The fireball was controlled and I put it out when I had to. Fire safety is really important because you can seriously injure yourself or if your very unlucky, it can spread an get out of control. You should respect fire safety and if you do make a fire, make sure it is controlled.

  18. Thankfully, I have never been in a situation that involded fire. the closest thing to that would be a field trip i went on in grade 1 to a fire department to see a fireman. He told us about what it's like being a fireman and the things you had to do. he also told us what to do if theres a fire like open the windows and stop drop and roll. I think that it's improtant to know about fire safety because it's always good to know in case of an emergancy. it's a bit complicated to learn everything to do, but taking the time to learn it is worth it because it might save your life someday.

  19. Luckily, I have never been in a situation that involved fire.
I think that it is important to know about fire safety because if there is fire and nobody knows how to escape it safely, then it’s very dangerous because everyone will be panicked and might get injured, where on the other hand, if everyone knew the procedure, the situation can be handled calmly and less people will get hurt.

  20. The only time when I was ever involved in a fire was when my neighbors washing machine caught fire and burnt down their house. Sadly the house was absolutely demolished by the time they got it under control so it didn't really help trying to shower the house with water. We were lucky that everyone got out in time and no one was hurt or killed, which is the only important thing. It is important to know about fire safety because the lives of others could be in danger if no one knew how to stop a fire. You need to know how to get it under control as fast as possible so that hopefully there would only be minimal damage to whatever caught fire.

  21. Fortunately I have never been in a situation with a fire but I do know how dangerous it is. It's important to learn about fire safety because it could save your life or someone else's. Knowing the steps and procedures is very useful. Fires can be caused easily and can be more serious if it isn't controlled and the correct procedures aren't done. Knowing about fire safety is very helpful and teaches you to be cautious with your surroundings.

  23. I have been in a situation involving fire before (I think everyone has) but is was a controlled fire so it wasn't dangerous. I think it is important to know about fire safety because you never know when something bad is going to happen and people should know how to handle the situation if something bad does happen to protect themselves and others.
